does anyone know when the next update will appear
(+1)

I wish I could say, but my current life situation does not let me spend as much time as I'd like working on the game...

thanks for telling me
(+1)

Having a problem progressing, and it happens at the same point every time.

Game locks up at this point:

Thanks for bringing this to my attention!

I've gone through a major rework of the game's code for the next update, so hopefully it's more stable. I think I remember correcting this particular passage, so I'm not too worried.

Sorry you couldn't finish the game, next update will have a bunch more encounters though so look out for that!

I am adoring this game, holy shit. I eagerly look forward to the next update.

I did have a quick question though; not so much a criticism as it is me having fluff for brains lol. There's a little dropdown menu in the sidebar that says "Force Encounter" and usually has a variation of options beneath it. I can't figure out what it's for/what it does though and was curious! (Also wondering what "Toomay" means but hehe)

So yeah, outside of being confused and fascinated as to what that dropdown menu is for, I love t his so much!! Can't wait to try out your other game while I wait for updates!

Thank you! As soon as I'm done with the previous raffle winners' scenes I'll release the update, so hang tight!

And yeah "force encounter" is something I tried to implement but ended up being super buggy. The intended use was to let the player select a specific scene, and that's the scene that would be picked as the next encounter, instead of a random one.

And Toomay is the name of one of the two winners of the first raffle!

No rush! I know how crazy life can be! ^^

Ooooh, okay! That's cool; sorry it ended up being buggy, but that's technology for you, haha. Thanks for letting me know! I can't wait til I'm a bit more stable financially so I can check out your patreon!

I don't have a patreon, this is entirely free!

(+2)

Oh wow! That's really generous of you! If you do have a kofi or anything at all like that though, I'd certainly send something your way!

Cant paly a fatal error has occurred is there  a way to download this

Hmm that's weird, what browser are you using? Is this the only game that doesn't work for you

So apparently you need to allow cookies from this page on your browser. Let me know if that helps!

(+1)

when are you going to update this bestie ? we need more pls

(+6)

Soon-ish, hopefully!

I know that's not a great answer but given how sporadically I work on this it's hard to tell how long it'll take me to actually get an update ready, sorry about that...

the game is very promising. The event probility is unique. Very detailed speech and it convey the event very well. However I do felt unsatisfied in certain areas of the game.

Firstly, the game stopping area is really out of the blue. I was taken aback when I reach the end. It felt disappointing. I hope there is a label about the game ends at a certain point, or I be assuming at 6 days 44 hours left, i have to wait for an hour to move on.

Secondly, the fact that the intro is bugging me. Written in a fashion that makes me think there is a lore here makes me wonder for 8 ingame days, are we just stuck in the booth for the entire time, or there is a legit story. Look,if there is a plot twist, like our old boss  somehow find us and fuck us than roast me to hell for being impatient. Other than that, the begaining is too detailed in storywise for a game about being fucked 24/8.5 and nothing else inbetween.

Lastly, how little control over the protagonist really bugged me. The story is basically us get abused than rest. Than abuse than rest. I felt like we are playing as a robot. If the game add more control over our protag, it will be a gamechanger. Like resisting or submiting. I think giving more option in control will connect the player and the protagonist.

Please note is my personal opinion and you can ignore this entire chunk of junk, but I hope my suggestion can be taken into consideration. This game is very promising and I look forward to what happen to Li, thats my fox protag, in future updates.

PS: this game end at 6d22h04min? I dunno where it end!

(+2)

Wow, thank you so much for your detailed feedback!

The game isn't finished yet, and there is an end screen that basically says "yeah come back later when I've progressed the story further", but I think there's a bug at some point where the game tries to pull up a random encounter but returns a blank screen instead. Sorry about this ^^

Your speculation about your boss paying a visit eventually is correct, that's what I had planned initially, but I agree that the intro might be a bit uninteresting so idk I might scratch some parts of it. I wanted both to introduce the setting and explain the reason of your sentence, but I can probably incorporate that in the middle of the game as "flashbacks" or something, and let the player jump straight into getting plowed by strangers.

As for your last point, someone made a similar suggestion a while back, and I've been thinking about how to go about giving more control to the player in a game that's all about being restrained 24/7. I'll probably ask around on the Discord later so if you want to join in on the conversation feel free to join it!

Again, thank you so much for your comment, it really makes me happy that people show such interest in my stories <3

you REALLY have to speed up the text

(+1)

By far the best text based interactive fiction I have ever played

(+1)

love it

(+3)

missing image expect that everything is perfect

(+1)

ohohohHHOHOHOH I LIKE THIS A LOT. THIS IS VERY NICE.

(+2)

Wait for more :D

shouldn't be too long now... ;)

(+3)

Really really good so far! Going to be keeping an eye on this!

The only issue is the text appearing after a delay instead of by a link, but in other comments you've said you're already gonna fix it!

Good job and keep up the good work!

(1 edit) (+3)

I just wanted to mention, everytime I finished reading, the text would show up like right after i finished the last word, and let me tell you that was trippy as heck. I kept trying to see if i would beat the time, but it was always exactly at the moment i would finish. Are you sure you don't have some high tech software that can identify when someone is done reading? haha

I have reached the end. I am disappointed, but it was so well made, i almost felt like i was there!

(+1)

Haha thank you! Don't worry, I'm working on the next version (although I've had very little time lately).

And I guess we both read at the same speed, as I tried to time it based on my reading speed. From what I gather, most people read faster, and that was very frustrating for others. I've fixed this, now most text appears after clicking a link, or after 2 seconds.

(+1)

I think maybe adding (if you can) a setting for that? Maybe a fast, medium and slow type thing? Don't worry to much! I would rather wait for an excellent produce then have one that isn't at it's full potential!

Also I hope you stay healthy and safe!

(+1)

I can speed read, so the rate that the text showed up at was downright painful. I spent the vast majority of the time just waiting for the text to keep going, so I had to stop playing.

Haha sorry for that, this is already fixed in the version I'm working on!

(+7)

great concept, great writing, only thing that is slightly bad is the fact that the fact the text doesn't show up immediately, if you're a fast reader or if you're replaying just to get the other random encounters it's painful waiting for text to advance, other than that it's amazing, would love it if you built onto this and added maybe options and branching routes.

(1 edit) (+3)

yeah i agree with Novugames, the auto-pacing is painfully slow if you are a fast reader. cant wait for the next update. otherwise  the game seems to be quite interesting.

(+1)

Damm!! This was some detailing!!

Do you plan to make a sci-fi version of Crucible of Xes ?

Or any romantic dating type sex game ?

(1 edit)

I think I'll stick to these two games for now, Crucible of Xes is already a pretty large-scale project so I'm not sure it would be good to try and make something of the same scale while I'm still working on it.

(+6)

It looks good so far but the auto-text pacing is really slow and it'd be nice if there were arrows or something so i could control how fast i'm reading through it.

(+2)

Yeah someone pointed that out as well. Next update I'll try to have at least one clickable link per paragraph instead of it choosing the pace for you

Looks promissing, though I really am not into BDSM. Is there a way to avoid it?

(+1)(-1)

Haha, BDSM and public use are the two main themes of the game, so I'm afraid not ^^

You could try my other game Crucible of Xes, there isn't any BDSM content in there yet (and if you want there is also a full content warning at the start of the game!)

Thank you nonetheless!

Didn't that game had sexual violence?

(1 edit) (+1)

It does, yes; the sex is mildly/not-as-mildly forced upon you. But there are quite a few other games on itch.io that you could play, in the event that you're not OK with the concepts in either of Yoll's games.

Oh, I was just curious to know.

What NotSoSecretGay said.

I understand a lot of the content in my games might make people uncomfortable, hence the content warnings. In the future I'd like to add an option to toggle certain fetishes on/off, but even then the main themes of the games will remain.
