Crucible of Xes - build 1.0.4

Whew, finally! I've had a few personal issues so this update took a while, but it's here! Here's the full changelog for this build:

Changes & additions:

•  Added a lot of text variants
• (werewolf) Added a random "wrestling" branch with various new possible actions
• (werewolf) Game now tracks positions during sex (on back, doggystyle, against tree...), which can either limit or give new actions.
• Added an option to submit during the fight (will only appear after a few turns)
• Added an option to surrender while the enemy dominates you, resulting in an instant loss.
• Added an option to release the enemy when you are dominating. In the future I'll likely add an option to decide not to dominate in the first place, still working this out.
• Achievements! (six for now)
• Added a "bug report" button, which saves a .txt file containing player feedback + a list of variables, which the player can send via Discord. Should make it easier for me to troubleshoot bugs.
• Added disclaimer concerning non-con content at the start of the game
• Changed character creation passage to use drop-down menus instead of cycling between options
• Simplified explanations

Bug fixes:

• "Submit" option would show after player had lost (needs testing, idk if it's actually fixed lol)

Other:

• I have left the navigation arrows in the UI box to the left, but they will probably cause some game-breaking bugs, particularly in the case of going back-and forth to get the desired action outcome. Use them only if you are in a dead-end (which I'm certain there will be, given how all over the place the code is...)
• Removed ability to loot on defeat
• Removed curses on start items
